For most of our carpet ranges, we use an underlay we call COMFORT 9, because comfort should be felt, not just seen. *Sometimes certain carpets require certain underlay. Please see the product page for specific underlay details for the carpet selected*

The only service we don’t provide is door trimming. In the rare event that a door does need trimming, we’ll safely remove it and stand it aside for you to arrange a carpenter if required. This is uncommon and usually not an issue.

Yes please — you’ll need to be present during the fitting process, as this allows us to access your property, confirm any final details, and ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.

As part of the fitting process, we’re happy to move larger furniture in and out of the room for you. We simply ask that all small items and any lighter furniture are removed beforehand. If you’re able to empty the room completely though, it’s always appreciated 🥰
